  1. 1. Peel the garlic cloves and dice them very finely.
  2. 2. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers and pat them dry.
  4. 4. Cut the bell peppers in half.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
  6. 6. Cut the bell pepper flesh into thin strips about two millimeters thick.
  7. 7. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
  8. 8. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
  9. 9. Slice the spring onions into very thin, diagonal rings.
  10. 10. Heat the oil in a large pan.
  11. 11. Add the diced garlic and grated ginger to the hot pan.
  12. 12. Sauté the garlic and ginger mixture for one to two minutes over medium heat.
  13. 13. Add the shrimp to the pan.
  14. 14. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Cook the shrimp for three to four minutes.
  16. 16. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set them aside.
  17. 17. Add the remaining prepared vegetables to the pan.
  18. 18. Deglaze the vegetables with vegetable broth and white wine.
  19. 19. Let the vegetables simmer for seven to ten minutes.
  20. 20. Add the reserved shrimp back into the pan.
  21. 21. Let everything simmer for two minutes over low heat.
  22. 22. Warm four plates.
  23. 23. Plate the dish on the warmed plates.
  24. 24. Serve the food immediately.
