🍽️ Crispy Shrimp with Crunchy Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 10 g ginger (1 piece)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow bell peppers
- 1 broccoli
- 1 bunch spring onions
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 500 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- salt
- pepper
- 300 ml vegetable broth
- 100 ml dry white wine
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and dice them very finely.
- 2. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers and pat them dry.
- 4. Cut the bell peppers in half.
- 5. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes from the bell peppers.
- 6. Cut the bell pepper flesh into thin strips about two millimeters thick.
- 7. Wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.
- 8. Wash the spring onions and shake them dry.
- 9. Slice the spring onions into very thin, diagonal rings.
- 10. Heat the oil in a large pan.
- 11. Add the diced garlic and grated ginger to the hot pan.
- 12. Sauté the garlic and ginger mixture for one to two minutes over medium heat.
- 13. Add the shrimp to the pan.
- 14. Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
- 15. Cook the shrimp for three to four minutes.
- 16. Remove the shrimp from the pan and set them aside.
- 17. Add the remaining prepared vegetables to the pan.
- 18. Deglaze the vegetables with vegetable broth and white wine.
- 19. Let the vegetables simmer for seven to ten minutes.
- 20. Add the reserved shrimp back into the pan.
- 21. Let everything simmer for two minutes over low heat.
- 22. Warm four plates.
- 23. Plate the dish on the warmed plates.
- 24. Serve the food immediately.
