  1. 1. Peel the prawns, but leave the last tail segment attached.
  2. 2. Remove the dark vein running along the back of the prawns.
  3. 3. Rinse the prawns thoroughly under cold water.
  4. 4. Wash the chili pepper under running water.
  5. 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the chili.
  7. 7. Cut the deseeded chili into thin strips.
  8. 8. Peel the garlic cloves of their skin.
  9. 9. Slice the garlic into thin rounds.
  10. 10. Slice the lemon into round slices.
  11. 11. Wash the fresh herbs under cold water.
  12. 12. Roughly tear the herbs into small pieces by hand.
  13. 13. Dry the herbs on a kitchen towel.
  14. 14. Heat four tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan.
  15. 15. Add the herbs, chili strips, and garlic to the hot oil.
  16. 16. Fry the aromatics briefly until they are fragrant.
  17. 17. Remove the solid ingredients from the pan with a spoon.
  18. 18. Leave the flavored oil in the pan.
  19. 19. Season the prawns with salt and pepper to taste.
  20. 20. Coat the prawns in flour until lightly covered.
  21. 21. Shake off any excess flour from the prawns.
  22. 22. Place the prawns into the hot oil in the pan.
  23. 23. Fry the prawns for about one to two minutes per side.
  24. 24. Cook the prawns until golden brown and done.
  25. 25. Add the lemon slices to the pan with the prawns.
  26. 26. Return the previously removed herbs, chili, and garlic to the pan.
  27. 27. Wash the zucchini under running water.
  28. 28. Slice the zucchini into round slices.
  29. 29. Heat some oil in a separate small frying pan.
  30. 30. Fry the zucchini slices until golden brown on both sides.
  31. 31. Season the fried zucchini with salt and pepper.
  32. 32. Serve the zucchini together with the prawns.
