  1. 1. Put all ingredients for the sauce into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the sauce well until everything is mixed.
  3. 3. Let the sauce marinate for as long as you have time.
  4. 4. You can also prepare the sauce the day before.
  5. 5. Grind the chicken meat through a meat grinder.
  6. 6. Add the shrimp to the ground meat.
  7. 7. Drain the corn well.
  8. 8. Chop the drained corn finely.
  9. 9. Add the chopped corn to the meat-shrimp mixture.
  10. 10. Peel the garlic clove.
  11. 11. Press the garlic directly into the bowl.
  12. 12. Add all remaining ingredients, except for the oil.
  13. 13. Mix everything into a firm dough.
  14. 14. Divide the dough into 18 equal parts.
