Ingredients
- 1 banana (200 g)
- 200 g raspberries (frozen)
- 250 ml plant-based drink (almond drink)
- 10 g rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 20 g yogurt alternative made from soy
- 10 g almond butter
- 60 raspberries (fresh)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the banana and cut it into rough chunks. Add the frozen raspberries, banana pieces, almond drink, oat flakes, chia seeds, almond butter, and soy yogurt alternative to the blender. Puree everything until smooth and creamy.
- 2. Divide the mixture between two bowls. Garnish the bowls with fresh berries, a dollop of almond butter, and a sprinkle of oat flakes. Enjoy!
