🍳 Turkish-style breakfast with cucumber, tomato, and feta

Ingredients
- 1 Salad cucumber
- 4 Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 50 g black olives
- 125 g Feta (low-fat if desired)
- Sea salt

- 1 tbsp finely chopped mint
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the cucumber under running water.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends of the cucumber.
- 3. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
- 4. Thoroughly wash the tomatoes under running water.
- 5. Remove the hard stem area from the tomatoes.
- 6. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
- 7. Arrange the cucumber and tomato slices on the plates.
- 8. Drizzle some olive oil over the vegetables.
- 9. Squeeze some lemon juice over the vegetables.
- 10. Distribute the olives on the plate.
- 11. Sprinkle the cubed feta cheese over the top.
- 12. Season everything with a pinch of sea salt.
- 13. Season everything with a pinch of ground pepper.
- 14. Garnish the dish with fresh mint.
- 15. Serve the breakfast with bread of your choice.
