Ingredients
- 14 stalks red spring onions
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 4 leaves sorrel
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the spring onions under running water.
- 2. Trim off the tough root ends.
- 3. Place the prepared spring onions in an aluminum baking dish.
- 4. Also wash the rosemary sprigs and sorrel thoroughly.
- 5. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
- 6. Add the dried herbs to the baking dish with the spring onions.
- 7. Drizzle the vegetables and herbs generously with olive oil.
- 8. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 9. Preheat your grill to the desired heat level.
- 10. Place the baking dish on the preheated grill.
- 11. Grill the spring onions for about 5 minutes.
- 12. Turn the spring onions several times during grilling to ensure even cooking.
