  4. 4. Also wash the rosemary sprigs and sorrel thoroughly.
  5. 5. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
  6. 6. Add the dried herbs to the baking dish with the spring onions.
  7. 7. Drizzle the vegetables and herbs generously with olive oil.
  8. 8. Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste.
  9. 9. Preheat your grill to the desired heat level.
  10. 10. Place the baking dish on the preheated grill.
  11. 11. Grill the spring onions for about 5 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the spring onions several times during grilling to ensure even cooking.
