🍽️ Fresh Spring Quark Spread

Ingredients
- 4 radishes
- 250 g low-fat quark
- 150 g sour cream
- 50 g goat cream cheese
- 3 tbsp freshly chopped herbs (e.g. chervil, chives, parsley, basil, etc.)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 1 drop lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the radishes under running water.
- 2. Remove the tough stems and the ends of the radishes.
- 3. Cut the radishes into very small, fine cubes.
- 4. Place the quark, sour cream, and cream cheese into a bowl.
- 5. Stir the dairy products with a spoon until they are creamy and smooth.
- 6. Finely chop the fresh herbs and fold them into the quark mixture.
- 7. Gently fold the diced radishes into the cream.
- 8. Season the spread to taste with salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 9. Spread the finished dip onto fresh bread and serve immediately.
