🥗 Light Spring Salad with Dressing

Ingredients
- 0.5 head Lollo Rosso
- 0.5 head Iceberg lettuce
- 100 g dandelion
- 1 small Radicchio
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the salad leaves under running water.
- 2. Dry the vegetables thoroughly afterwards.
- 3. Break the leaves into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Whisk the dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.
- 5. Pour the dressing evenly over the salad.
- 6. Toss everything gently so the leaves do not get crushed.
- 7. Taste the salad and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- 8. Plate the salad on a dish.
- 9. Serve the salad immediately.
