Ingredients
- 200 g Quark
- 1 handful Wild Garlic
- 4 Radishes
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Olive Oil
- 4 Slices White Bread
Instructions
- 1. Wash the wild garlic thoroughly, shake it dry, and cut it into thin strips. Also wash the radishes, remove the tough ends, and chop them finely.
- 2. Spread the quark evenly over the bread slices. Add a small splash of olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and then distribute the chopped radishes and wild garlic strips on top.
