🍰 Fruity Jelly Glass

Ingredients
- 12 sheets white gelatin
- 800 ml white grape juice
- 320 g yellow kiwi (4 yellow kiwis)
- 100 g blue seedless grapes
- 100 g light seedless grapes
- 200 g Physalis
- 400 ml cold mineral water (with carbonation)
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for five minutes.
- 2. Heat 400 milliliters of grape juice, but do not let it boil.
- 3. Remove the gelatin from the water and squeeze it briefly.
- 4. Add the dripping wet gelatin to the warm juice.
- 5. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
- 6. Remove the juice-gelatin mixture from the heat.
- 7. Let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 8. Stir in the remaining grape juice spoonful by spoonful.
- 9. Pour the liquid into a bowl.
- 10. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
- 11. Wait until the liquid begins to set slightly.
- 12. Peel the kiwis.
- 13. Cut the kiwis in half lengthwise.
- 14. Slice the kiwi halves into thin slices.
- 15. Wash the grapes.
- 16. Drain the grapes.
- 17. Halve the grapes.
- 18. Remove the physalis from their leafy husks.
- 19. Wash the physalis.
- 20. Drain the physalis.
- 21. Halve the physalis.
- 22. Take eight glasses with a capacity of about 300 milliliters.
- 23. Place half of the kiwi slices upright into the glasses.
- 24. Distribute half of the grapes between the kiwi slices.
- 25. Distribute half of the physalis among the fruits.
- 26. Stir the mineral water into the slightly gelled juice mixture.
- 27. Pour half of the juice mixture into the prepared glasses.
- 28. Place the glasses in the freezer compartment for about five minutes.
- 29. Check if the surface is slightly firm.
- 30. Make sure the mixture does not freeze completely.
- 31. Distribute the remaining fruits on top of the glasses.
- 32. Pour the remaining juice mixture over the fruits.
- 33. Cover the glasses.
- 34. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
- 35. Let the jelly set completely.
