  5. 5. Stir until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
  6. 6. Remove the juice-gelatin mixture from the heat.
  7. 7. Let the mixture cool down briefly.
  8. 8. Stir in the remaining grape juice spoonful by spoonful.
  9. 9. Pour the liquid into a bowl.
  10. 10. Place the bowl in the refrigerator.
  11. 11. Wait until the liquid begins to set slightly.
  12. 12. Peel the kiwis.
  13. 13. Cut the kiwis in half lengthwise.
  14. 14. Slice the kiwi halves into thin slices.

  16. 16. Drain the grapes.

  18. 18. Remove the physalis from their leafy husks.

  22. 22. Take eight glasses with a capacity of about 300 milliliters.

  25. 25. Distribute half of the physalis among the fruits.
  26. 26. Stir the mineral water into the slightly gelled juice mixture.
  27. 27. Pour half of the juice mixture into the prepared glasses.
  28. 28. Place the glasses in the freezer compartment for about five minutes.
  29. 29. Check if the surface is slightly firm.
  30. 30. Make sure the mixture does not freeze completely.
  31. 31. Distribute the remaining fruits on top of the glasses.
  32. 32. Pour the remaining juice mixture over the fruits.
