  4. 4. Fill a pot with a little water and heat it gently.
  5. 5. Place the bowl with the white chocolate over the hot water.
  6. 6. Let the white chocolate melt slowly.
  7. 7. Remove the bowl from the pot.
  8. 8. Let the melted white chocolate cool down.
  9. 9. Place the bowl with the dark chocolate over the hot water.
  10. 10. Let the dark chocolate melt slowly.
  11. 11. Remove the bowl from the pot.
  12. 12. Let the melted dark chocolate cool down.
  13. 13. Melt the white chocolate again slightly.
  14. 14. Dip the prepared fruits into the white chocolate.
  15. 15. Melt the dark chocolate again slightly.
  16. 16. Dip the prepared fruits into the dark chocolate.
  17. 17. Place the chocolate fruits on a wire rack.
  18. 18. Place a tray under the rack to catch drips.
  19. 19. Let the chocolate fruits cool completely.
  20. 20. Grind the pistachios finely.
  21. 21. Grind the candied violets finely.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the ground pistachios or violets over the finished snacks as desired.
