🍽️ Chocolate Fruit Snacks: Light & Dark

Ingredients
- 500 g prepared fruits (e.g. cherries, grapes, bananas, strawberries)
- 200 g dark chocolate couverture (cocoa content 70%)
- 200 g white chocolate couverture
- ground pistachios (for garnish)
- candied violet flowers (ground, for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Get two separate bowls.
- 2. Finely chop the white chocolate.
- 3. Finely chop the dark chocolate.
- 4. Fill a pot with a little water and heat it gently.
- 5. Place the bowl with the white chocolate over the hot water.
- 6. Let the white chocolate melt slowly.
- 7. Remove the bowl from the pot.
- 8. Let the melted white chocolate cool down.
- 9. Place the bowl with the dark chocolate over the hot water.
- 10. Let the dark chocolate melt slowly.
- 11. Remove the bowl from the pot.
- 12. Let the melted dark chocolate cool down.
- 13. Melt the white chocolate again slightly.
- 14. Dip the prepared fruits into the white chocolate.
- 15. Melt the dark chocolate again slightly.
- 16. Dip the prepared fruits into the dark chocolate.
- 17. Place the chocolate fruits on a wire rack.
- 18. Place a tray under the rack to catch drips.
- 19. Let the chocolate fruits cool completely.
- 20. Grind the pistachios finely.
- 21. Grind the candied violets finely.
- 22. Sprinkle the ground pistachios or violets over the finished snacks as desired.
