  4. 4. Place the foil in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

  6. 6. Sprinkle crumbs into the greased molds.
  7. 7. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface.
  8. 8. Cut circles from the dough using the molds.
  9. 9. Press the dough circles into the molds.
  10. 10. Prick the dough bases several times with a fork.
  11. 11. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  12. 12. Bake the tartlet bases in the oven for 8 minutes.
  13. 13. Whisk cream cheese, lemon juice, vanilla sugar, and powdered sugar into a cream.
