🥤 Refreshing Berry Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 200 g raspberries
- 200 g small strawberries
- 200 ml raspberry syrup
- juice of one lemon
- 20 g fruit tea
- 500 ml cold mineral water with carbonation
Instructions
- 1. Pour 750 milliliters of boiling water over the fruit tea.
- 2. Let the tea steep for ten minutes.
- 3. Strain the tea and let it cool down.
- 4. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 5. Remove any stems or unripe spots.
- 6. Mix the cooled tea with the raspberry syrup and lemon juice.
- 7. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- 8. Pour the tea mixture into a glass jug.
- 9. Top up the drink with cold mineral water.
- 10. Serve the fresh berries as a garnish.
