🍰 Chocolate Nut Fruit Cake

Ingredients
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 125 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 100 g peeled, roasted almond kernels
- 100 g peeled, roasted hazelnuts
- 300 g ground, dried fruits
Instructions
- 1. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- 2. Put the butter and chocolate pieces into a pot.
- 3. Place the pot on a very low heat setting.
- 4. Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter are completely melted.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Stir the powdered sugar into the chocolate mixture.
- 7. Add the ground almonds and hazelnuts.
- 8. Gently fold in the dried fruits.
- 9. Pour the mixture into a springform pan.
- 10. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- 11. Place the pan in a cool spot.
- 12. Let the cake rest overnight.
- 13. Avoid cooling it directly in the refrigerator.
- 14. Dip the bottom of the springform pan briefly into hot water.
- 15. Carefully release the cake from the pan.
- 16. Take a knife and warm the blade slightly.
- 17. Cut the cake into pieces.
