🍽️ Fig, Melon, and Ham Salad with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 4 figs
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 400 g melon flesh
- 200 g Parma ham
- 60 g Parmesan
- Grissini (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the figs thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Carefully cut the figs in half.
- 3. Whisk the honey and lemon juice together in a small bowl.
- 4. Brush the fig halves with the honey-lemon mixture.
- 5. Cut the melon flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Cut the ham into suitable pieces or strips.
- 7. Fill the fig halves with the melon pieces and the ham.
- 8. Place the stuffed figs onto the serving plates.
- 9. Crumble the Parmesan cheese fresh over the dish.
- 10. Serve the salad immediately.
- 11. Serve Italian breadsticks (grissini) on the side.
