  2. 2. Let the strawberries drain well.
  3. 3. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
  4. 4. Slice the strawberries.
  5. 5. Peel the kiwis.
  6. 6. Cut the kiwis in half lengthwise.
  7. 7. Slice the kiwi halves.
  8. 8. Peel the mango.
  9. 9. Slice the mango flesh off the stone.
  10. 10. Dice the mango very finely.
  11. 11. Squeeze the lemon.
  12. 12. Place the sliced strawberries, kiwis, and diced mango into a large bowl or punch bowl.
  13. 13. Pour the lemon juice over the fruit.
  14. 14. Add the mint syrup.
  15. 15. Mix the ingredients gently.
  16. 16. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  17. 17. Also chill the apple juice and sparkling water.
  18. 18. Wash the mint.
  19. 19. Shake the mint dry.
  20. 20. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
  21. 21. Pour the cold apple juice over the fruit.
