🥤 Refreshing Fruit Bowl with Mint

Ingredients
- 250 g strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 0.5 mango
- 0.5 lemon
- 50 ml mint syrup
- 1 l clear apple juice
- 0.5 l mineral water
- 2 sprigs mint
Instructions
- 1. Gently wash the strawberries in a bowl of water.
- 2. Let the strawberries drain well.
- 3. Remove the green stems from the strawberries.
- 4. Slice the strawberries.
- 5. Peel the kiwis.
- 6. Cut the kiwis in half lengthwise.
- 7. Slice the kiwi halves.
- 8. Peel the mango.
- 9. Slice the mango flesh off the stone.
- 10. Dice the mango very finely.
- 11. Squeeze the lemon.
- 12. Place the sliced strawberries, kiwis, and diced mango into a large bowl or punch bowl.
- 13. Pour the lemon juice over the fruit.
- 14. Add the mint syrup.
- 15. Mix the ingredients gently.
- 16. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 17. Also chill the apple juice and sparkling water.
- 18. Wash the mint.
- 19. Shake the mint dry.
- 20. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.
- 21. Pour the cold apple juice over the fruit.
- 22. Pour the cold sparkling water over the fruit.
- 23. Mix the punch gently.
- 24. Garnish the punch with the fresh mint leaves.
- 25. Serve the punch.
