🍽️ Refreshing cold fruit soup with oranges and papaya

Ingredients
- 1 bunch mint
- 2 limes
- 2 oranges
- 0.25 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 clove
- 1 starfruit
- 12 cape gooseberries (physalis)
- 0.5 papaya
Instructions
- 1. Peel the limes and oranges.
- 2. Slice the citrus fruits.
- 3. Place the slices in a pot along with half a bunch of mint.
- 4. Add 500 milliliters of water.
- 5. Add the lemon zest, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar, ginger, and a clove.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer gently for 15 minutes.
- 7. Strain the soup through a sieve.
- 8. Remove the orange slices from the liquid.
- 9. Place the soup with the orange slices in the refrigerator for 2 hours to chill.
- 10. Peel the carambola.
- 11. Slice the carambola.
- 12. Peel the papaya.
- 13. Cut the papaya into wedges.
- 14. Remove the physalis from their husks.
- 15. Divide the cold soup onto plates.
- 16. Arrange the fruits decoratively on top.
- 17. Garnish the dish with mint leaves.
