🍽️ Colorful Fruit Salad with Cream Toppings

Ingredients
- 2 carambolas
- 2 mandarins
- 3 slices pineapple
- 125 g blueberries
- 0.5 papaya
- 150 g strawberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- juice 1/2 organic orange
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 g whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Wash the starfruit thoroughly and slice it into thin rounds.
- 2. Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments.
- 3. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces.
- 4. Wash the blueberries, pick out any bad ones, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh.
- 6. Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and cut them in half.
- 7. Place all the prepared fruit pieces in a large bowl and mix them well together.
- 8. Whisk the honey with the orange and lemon juice to make a sauce, then fold it into the fruit salad. Divide the salad among small bowls and top each with a dollop of semi-whipped cream.
