  2. 2. Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments.
  3. 3. Cut the pineapple slices into small pieces.
  4. 4. Wash the blueberries, pick out any bad ones, and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  5. 5. Peel the papaya, remove the seeds, and dice the flesh.
  6. 6. Wash the strawberries, remove the green stems, and cut them in half.
  7. 7. Place all the prepared fruit pieces in a large bowl and mix them well together.
  8. 8. Whisk the honey with the orange and lemon juice to make a sauce, then fold it into the fruit salad. Divide the salad among small bowls and top each with a dollop of semi-whipped cream.
