  1. 1. Wash the pears thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. 2. Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the pear pieces into thin wedges.
  4. 4. Peel the kiwis and cut them into coarse cubes.
  5. 5. Halve the grapes.
  6. 6. Optionally remove the seeds from the grapes.
  7. 7. Peel one of the oranges.
  8. 8. Cut the peeled orange into bite-sized pieces.
  9. 9. Squeeze the juice from the second orange.
  10. 10. Peel the banana.
  11. 11. Slice the banana diagonally.
  12. 12. Distribute all prepared fruits onto four dessert plates.
  13. 13. Mix the orange juice with lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey.
  14. 14. Pour the sweet juice mixture over the fruits on the plates.
  15. 15. Mix the yogurt with the remaining honey and the vanilla seeds.
  16. 16. Drizzle some of the yogurt mixture over the fruit salad.
  17. 17. Serve the remaining yogurt sauce separately in a small bowl.
