🍽️ Colorful Fruit Salad with Creamy Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 2 kiwis
- 200 g white grapes
- 1 banana
- 2 oranges
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 300 yogurt
- pulp 1/2 vanilla pods
Instructions
- 1. Wash the pears thoroughly and pat them dry.
- 2. Cut the pears into quarters and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the pear pieces into thin wedges.
- 4. Peel the kiwis and cut them into coarse cubes.
- 5. Halve the grapes.
- 6. Optionally remove the seeds from the grapes.
- 7. Peel one of the oranges.
- 8. Cut the peeled orange into bite-sized pieces.
- 9. Squeeze the juice from the second orange.
- 10. Peel the banana.
- 11. Slice the banana diagonally.
- 12. Distribute all prepared fruits onto four dessert plates.
- 13. Mix the orange juice with lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey.
- 14. Pour the sweet juice mixture over the fruits on the plates.
- 15. Mix the yogurt with the remaining honey and the vanilla seeds.
- 16. Drizzle some of the yogurt mixture over the fruit salad.
- 17. Serve the remaining yogurt sauce separately in a small bowl.
