🍽️ Fruit and Yogurt Salad

Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 2 apples
- 50 g blueberries
- 100 g honeydew melon (seeded and peeled)
- 20 ml Grand Marnier
- 1 tbsp honey
- lemons
- 2 tbsp cornflakes
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp raspberry puree
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Thoroughly wash the pears and apples under running water.
- 2. Cut the fruits into quarters and remove the core.
- 3. Dice the cored fruits into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the blueberries and remove any damaged berries.
- 5. Cut the honeydew melon into small cubes.
- 6. Place all the fruit pieces into a large bowl.
- 7. Pour Grand Marnier, honey, and lemon juice over the fruit.
- 8. Mix everything well so that the fruit is evenly coated.
- 9. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 10. Stir the yogurt with the raspberry puree in a small bowl.
- 11. Fill the marinated fruit salad into individual glasses.
- 12. Pour the yogurt-raspberry mixture over the fruit salad.
- 13. Sprinkle a few corn flakes over the dessert.
- 14. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf.
- 15. Serve the salad immediately.
