  1. 1. Thoroughly wash the pears and apples under running water.
  2. 2. Cut the fruits into quarters and remove the core.
  3. 3. Dice the cored fruits into small cubes.
  4. 4. Wash the blueberries and remove any damaged berries.
  5. 5. Cut the honeydew melon into small cubes.
  6. 6. Place all the fruit pieces into a large bowl.
  7. 7. Pour Grand Marnier, honey, and lemon juice over the fruit.
  8. 8. Mix everything well so that the fruit is evenly coated.
  9. 9. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
  10. 10. Stir the yogurt with the raspberry puree in a small bowl.
  11. 11. Fill the marinated fruit salad into individual glasses.
  12. 12. Pour the yogurt-raspberry mixture over the fruit salad.
  13. 13. Sprinkle a few corn flakes over the dessert.
  14. 14. Garnish each glass with a fresh mint leaf.
  15. 15. Serve the salad immediately.
