🍰 Colorful Fruit Salad with Honey Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 Nectarine
- 1 Orange
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 0.5 Banana
- 1 small Pear
- 2 Kiwis
- 80 g green Grapes
- 60 g Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- 1. Wash the nectarine thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the nectarine in half and remove the pit.
- 3. Dice the nectarine flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Peel the orange all around using a sharp knife.
- 5. Make sure no white pith remains on the fruit.
- 6. Carefully cut out the orange segments between the membranes.
- 7. Cut the orange segments into bite-sized pieces.
- 8. Squeeze the juice from the remaining orange peels into a large bowl.
- 9. Add the orange pieces and nectarine cubes to the bowl.
- 10. Add the lemon juice.
- 11. Peel the banana.
- 12. Cut the banana in half lengthwise.
- 13. Cut the banana pieces directly into the bowl.
- 14. Wash the pear.
- 15. Peel the pear if you prefer.
- 16. Remove the core of the pear.
- 17. Cut the pear into small pieces.
- 18. Add the pear pieces to the bowl.
- 19. Mix all the fruits in the bowl thoroughly.
- 20. Peel the kiwis.
- 21. Cut the kiwis into quarters lengthwise.
- 22. Cut the kiwi quarters into small pieces.
- 23. Wash the grapes.
- 24. Halve the grapes.
- 25. Rinse the berries under running water.
- 26. Pat the berries dry.
- 27. Add the kiwis, grapes, and berries to the fruit salad.
- 28. Gently fold everything together to mix the fruits.
- 29. Sweeten the fruit salad to taste with honey.
