Ingredients
- 0.5 honeydew melon
- 4 strawberries
- 1 ripe nectarine
Instructions
- 1. Peel the melon.
- 2. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
- 4. Quarter the strawberries.
- 5. Wash the nectarine.
- 6. Peel the nectarine.
- 7. Cut the nectarine into quarters.
- 8. Break the nectarine quarters into small pieces.
- 9. Place all fruit pieces into a large bowl.
- 10. Blend the fruits finely using a hand blender.
- 11. Add cold water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
- 12. Pour the fruit juice into glasses.
- 13. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.
- 14. Stir in a teaspoon of sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
