  2. 2. Cut the melon flesh into small cubes.
  3. 3. Wash the strawberries thoroughly.
  4. 4. Quarter the strawberries.
  5. 5. Wash the nectarine.
  6. 6. Peel the nectarine.
  7. 7. Cut the nectarine into quarters.
  8. 8. Break the nectarine quarters into small pieces.
  9. 9. Place all fruit pieces into a large bowl.
  10. 10. Blend the fruits finely using a hand blender.
  11. 11. Add cold water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  12. 12. Pour the fruit juice into glasses.
  13. 13. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.
  14. 14. Stir in a teaspoon of sugar if you prefer it sweeter.
