🍰 Fruity Yogurt Popsicles

Ingredients
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blueberries
- 1 small lemon
- 450 g yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 150 g sour cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 150 ml whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Remove any stems and leaves from the raspberries.
- 2. Wash the blueberries and let them drain well in a colander.
- 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
- 4. Whisk the yogurt, sour cream, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
- 5. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff.
- 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
- 7. Divide the ice cream mixture into three equal portions.
- 8. Keep the first portion unchanged.
- 9. Puree the second portion together with the raspberries until smooth.
- 10. Puree the third portion together with the blueberries until smooth.
- 11. Fill each of the three ice cream mixtures into two small glasses.
- 12. Place the glasses in the freezer for about 25 minutes to let the mixture set slightly.
- 13. Insert plastic spoons, wooden sticks, or french fry forks into the frozen mixture.
- 14. Let the glasses freeze completely overnight.
- 15. Take the glasses out of the freezer to serve.
- 16. Warm the outside of the glasses briefly with your palms.
- 17. Gently release the popsicles from the glasses.
