  1. 1. Remove any stems and leaves from the raspberries.
  2. 2. Wash the blueberries and let them drain well in a colander.
  3. 3. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice.
  4. 4. Whisk the yogurt, sour cream, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth.
  5. 5. Whip the cream until it is semi-stiff.
  6. 6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture.
  7. 7. Divide the ice cream mixture into three equal portions.
  8. 8. Keep the first portion unchanged.
  9. 9. Puree the second portion together with the raspberries until smooth.
  10. 10. Puree the third portion together with the blueberries until smooth.
  11. 11. Fill each of the three ice cream mixtures into two small glasses.
  12. 12. Place the glasses in the freezer for about 25 minutes to let the mixture set slightly.
  13. 13. Insert plastic spoons, wooden sticks, or french fry forks into the frozen mixture.
  14. 14. Let the glasses freeze completely overnight.
  15. 15. Take the glasses out of the freezer to serve.
  16. 16. Warm the outside of the glasses briefly with your palms.
  17. 17. Gently release the popsicles from the glasses.
