  1. 1. Wash the bell pepper, remove the stem and seeds, halve it, and cut the flesh into small cubes.
  2. 2. Wash the spring onions, slice them into rings, and sauté them together with the bell pepper in oil for about 8 minutes. Cut the fish into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder to the vegetables and toast briefly. Pour in the coconut milk, bring to a boil, and add the fish cubes and pineapple pieces. Simmer covered for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the basil and season the dish with soy sauce and a little more curry powder.
