🍳 Fruitier Birchermuesli – smarter

Ingredients
- 6 tbsp hearty oat flakes
- 1 tbsp sultanas
- 125 ml apple juice
- 30 g hazelnut kernels
- 0.5 small lemon
- 250 g tart apples (2 tart apples)
- 100 g light seedless grapes
- 50 g raspberries
- 75 g blueberries
- 250 g yogurt (0.3% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Put the oat flakes, sultanas and apple juice into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients well.
- 3. Let the mixture soak for twenty minutes.
- 4. Roughly chop the hazelnut kernels with a large knife or in a food processor.
- 5. Squeeze the lemon half.
- 6. Wash the apples and dry them.
- 7. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
- 8. Grate the apple pieces coarsely on a box grater.
- 9. Mix the grated apples immediately with the lemon juice.
- 10. Wash the grapes.
- 11. Remove the grapes from the stems.
- 12. Halve the grapes lengthwise.
- 13. Sort through the raspberries and blueberries.
- 14. Wash the berries carefully if necessary.
- 15. Stir the prepared fruits and chopped nuts with the yogurt.
- 16. Fold the yogurt-fruit mixture under the soaked oat flakes.
- 17. Place the mixture into small bowls.
- 18. Garnish the muesli as desired with additional fruits or berries.
- 19. Serve the muesli.
