  1. 1. Put the oat flakes, sultanas and apple juice into a bowl.
  2. 2. Stir the ingredients well.
  3. 3. Let the mixture soak for twenty minutes.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the hazelnut kernels with a large knife or in a food processor.
  5. 5. Squeeze the lemon half.
  6. 6. Wash the apples and dry them.
  7. 7. Quarter the apples and remove the core.
  8. 8. Grate the apple pieces coarsely on a box grater.
  9. 9. Mix the grated apples immediately with the lemon juice.
  10. 10. Wash the grapes.
  11. 11. Remove the grapes from the stems.
  12. 12. Halve the grapes lengthwise.
  13. 13. Sort through the raspberries and blueberries.
  14. 14. Wash the berries carefully if necessary.
  15. 15. Stir the prepared fruits and chopped nuts with the yogurt.
  16. 16. Fold the yogurt-fruit mixture under the soaked oat flakes.
  17. 17. Place the mixture into small bowls.
  18. 18. Garnish the muesli as desired with additional fruits or berries.
  19. 19. Serve the muesli.
