🥤 Refreshing Grapefruit Tomato Juice

Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 sprigs thyme (preferably with flowers)
- 100 ml tomato juice
- 0.5 tsp green peppercorns
- salt
- ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Squeeze the grapefruit.
- 2. Measure out exactly 100 milliliters of the juice.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove.
- 4. Cut the garlic into quarters.
- 5. Wash the thyme sprigs.
- 6. Shake the thyme sprigs dry.
- 7. Set aside the thyme sprigs for garnish.
- 8. Pour the grapefruit juice into a blender.
- 9. Add the tomato juice to the blender.
- 10. Add the garlic pieces to the blender.
- 11. Add the peppercorns to the blender.
- 12. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 13. Blend the mixture until frothy.
- 14. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- 15. Pour the drink over the ice.
- 16. Season the drink with salt to taste.
- 17. Garnish the drink with the thyme sprigs.
