Ingredients
- 4 beets
- 2 juicy pears
- 4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- mineral water (to top up)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the beetroot and the pear. Cut them into large chunks and put them into the juicer.
- 2. Stir the juice well with the lemon juice. Pour the mixture into glasses and top it up with mineral water.
