  1. 1. Preheat the oven. Set the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Rinse the turkey thigh under running water. Pat it completely dry with kitchen paper afterwards.
  3. 3. Wash the oregano sprigs under cold water. Shake them well to remove excess water.
  4. 4. Take half of the oregano sprigs. Gently pluck the leaves off the stems. Chop the leaves finely.
  5. 5. Peel the garlic clove. Chop the clove very finely. Crush the chopped garlic piece afterwards with the knife.
  6. 6. Rub the turkey thigh with the crushed garlic. Season the meat generously with salt. Season the meat generously with pepper.
  7. 7. Take the remaining oregano sprigs. Place them in a roasting pan. Lay the seasoned turkey thigh on top of the sprigs.
  8. 8. Squeeze the lemon over the meat. Place the squeezed lemon halves into the roasting pan.
  9. 9. Distribute the chopped oregano evenly over the turkey thigh.
  10. 10. Place the roasting pan in the preheated oven. Roast the meat for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the roasting pan from the oven. Let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing it.
