  1. 1. Boil water in a large pot and add salt.
  2. 2. Cook the pasta in this salted water until al dente.
  3. 3. Cut the ham into small cubes of about five millimeters.
  4. 4. Cut the cheese into cubes of about five millimeters as well.
  5. 5. Add the ham and cheese cubes to a large bowl.
  6. 6. Add yogurt and salad cream to the bowl.
  7. 7. Add the peas to the pot with the pasta when there are two minutes of cooking time left.
  8. 8. Finish cooking the pasta and peas together.
  9. 9. Drain the pasta and peas in a colander.
  10. 10. Rinse the pasta briefly with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  11. 11. Let the pasta and peas drain well.
  12. 12. Peel the oranges with a knife until all white skin remnants are removed.
  13. 13. Separate the orange segments from the membranes.
  14. 14. Cut the orange segments into small pieces.
  15. 15. Add the orange pieces to the bowl with ham and cheese.
  16. 16. Mix the ingredients in the bowl well.
  17. 17. Squeeze a lemon.
  18. 18. Add the drained pasta and peas to the bowl.
  19. 19. Mix everything thoroughly.
  20. 20. Season the salad with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Add two teaspoons of lemon juice.
  22. 22. Let the salad marinate for fifteen minutes.
  23. 23. Taste the salad one last time before serving.
  24. 24. Season to taste if necessary.
