  7. 7. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
  8. 8. Immediately mix the apple pieces with the lemon juice.
  9. 9. Wash the celery stalk.
  10. 10. Remove tough strings and leaves.
  11. 11. Slice the celery into about half-centimeter thick rounds.
  12. 12. Put the creme fraiche into a bowl.
  13. 13. Add the mustard.
  14. 14. Add the oil.
  15. 15. Stir in the ketchup.
  16. 16. Pour in the orange juice.
  17. 17. Sprinkle in the chili powder.
