🥤 Fresh Herb and Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
- 150 g spinach
- 2 handfuls mixed herbs (e.g., chervil, mint, tarragon, parsley)
- 2 apples
- 1 orange
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 500 ml mineral water
Instructions
- 1. Wash the spinach and herbs thoroughly.
- 2. Dry the leafy greens using a salad spinner or a kitchen towel.
- 3. Set aside a small handful of herbs for decoration.
- 4. Wash the apples thoroughly.
- 5. Peel the apples and remove the core.
- 6. Cut the apple flesh into coarse chunks.
- 7. Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
- 8. Place the spinach, remaining herbs, and apple chunks into the blender.
- 9. Pour in the orange juice.
- 10. Blend the ingredients until they are finely pureed.
- 11. Add the oil to the mixture.
- 12. Fill the blender with water until the desired volume is reached.
- 13. Blend the liquid again until it is frothy.
- 14. Pour the smoothie into four glasses.
- 15. Insert straws into the glasses.
- 16. Garnish each drink with the herbs set aside earlier.
- 17. Serve the smoothie immediately.
