Ingredients
- 3 Kiwis
- 0.5 Cucumber
- 2 Avocados
- 1 Lime (juice)
- 2 tbsp clear apple juice
- 1 tsp apple syrup
- 2 tbsp grape seed oil
- Salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the kiwis using a vegetable peeler.
- 2. Slice the peeled kiwis.
- 3. Peel the cucumber.
- 4. Cut the cucumber into sticks about 1 cm thick.
- 5. Cut the avocados in half.
- 6. Remove the pit from the avocado halves.
- 7. Peel the avocados.
- 8. Cut the avocado flesh into small cubes.
- 9. Mix the lime juice with the apple juice.
- 10. Add the apple syrup to the liquid.
- 11. Add the grape seed oil.
- 12. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt.
- 13. Whisk the dressing ingredients well.
- 14. Add the avocado cubes to the dressing.
- 15. Add the cucumber sticks to the dressing.
- 16. Add the kiwi slices to the dressing.
- 17. Gently mix all ingredients.
- 18. Let the salad marinate for about 30 minutes.
- 19. Divide the finished salad among glasses.
- 20. Garnish the salad with parsley, if desired.
