Ingredients
- 1 grapefruit
- 200 g shrimp
- salad (your choice)
- 2 kiwis
- 1 lime
- 0.5 carrot
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Cut the grapefruit in half.
- 2. Carefully remove the fruit flesh from the peel.
- 3. Cut the grapefruit flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Wash the salad greens thoroughly.
- 5. Dry the salad greens.
- 6. Line the empty grapefruit shells with the drained salad greens.
- 7. Peel the kiwis.
- 8. Slice the kiwis into thin rounds.
- 9. Peel the carrot.
- 10. Grate the carrot into fine matchsticks.
- 11. Mix the kiwi slices with the carrot matchsticks.
- 12. Add the grapefruit fruit flesh.
- 13. Add the oil.
- 14. Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the mixture.
- 15. Add the honey.
- 16. Let the mixture marinate briefly.
- 17. Bring salted water to a boil.
- 18. Blanch the shrimp briefly in the hot salted water.
- 19. Immediately shock the shrimp in cold water.
- 20. Peel the cooled shrimp.
- 21. Fold the shrimp into the salad.
- 22. Season the salad with salt.
- 23. Season the salad with pepper.
- 24. Fill the salad into the grapefruit shells.
- 25. Grate lime zest over the salad.
- 26. Serve the salad garnished.
