Ingredients
- 4 stalks chicory
- 1 radicchio
- 2 oranges
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- salt
- pepper
- 1 sprig mint
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chicory thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the chicory in half lengthwise.
- 3. Cut out the hard core at the bottom in a wedge shape.
- 4. Separate one of the chicory halves into individual leaves.
- 5. Slice the other chicory half into thin strips.
- 6. Wash the radicchio.
- 7. Tear the radicchio into coarse pieces.
- 8. Peel the avocado.
- 9. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise.
- 10. Remove the pit.
- 11. Slice the avocado into thin slices.
- 12. Drizzle the avocado slices with lemon juice immediately.
- 13. Peel the oranges thickly.
- 14. Segment the oranges.
- 15. Arrange the chicory leaves decoratively on a plate.
- 16. Distribute the remaining ingredients over the chicory.
- 17. Mix the yogurt with the crème fraîche.
- 18. Season the yogurt mixture with salt and pepper.
- 19. Add lime juice to the yogurt mixture.
- 20. Drizzle the yogurt mixture over the salad.
- 21. Garnish the salad with mint leaves.
