Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 orange
- 3 tbsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 clove of garlic
- lemon (juice)
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1 tbsp capers
- 2 avocados
- chives (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly.
- 2. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- 3. Peel the orange completely with a knife.
- 4. Carefully remove the orange segments along the white membranes.
- 5. Catch the released orange juice in a bowl.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Press the garlic through a press.
- 8. Mix the collected orange juice with the lemon juice.
- 9. Add the pressed garlic to the juice mixture.
- 10. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 11. Stir the oil into the sauce.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley.
- 13. Mix the chopped parsley with the capers in the sauce.
- 14. Cut the avocados in half lengthwise.
- 15. Remove the pits from the avocado halves.
- 16. Peel the avocados.
- 17. Cut the avocados into thin slices lengthwise.
- 18. Place the avocado pieces on a plate.
- 19. Distribute the orange segments and tomato cubes over the salad.
- 20. Pour the prepared sauce over everything.
- 21. Garnish the salad with chives.
- 22. Serve the salad immediately.
