🥤 Fruity Sparkling Wine Cocktails

Ingredients
- 125 g Physalis
- 2 sprigs mint (small stems)
- 2 pickled hibiscus flowers (jar)
- 2 tsp hibiscus syrup
- 750 ml dry non-alcoholic sparkling wine (well chilled)
Instructions
- 1. Take two physalis berries and set them aside.
- 2. Remove the papery husks from the remaining physalis berries.
- 3. Place the hulled berries into a sieve.
- 4. Rinse the berries thoroughly under running water.
- 5. Let the berries drain well.
- 6. Place the drained berries into a tall container.
- 7. Puree the berries finely using a hand blender.
- 8. Wash the mint.
- 9. Shake the mint dry.
- 10. Distribute the physalis puree onto two sparkling wine glasses.
- 11. Carefully remove the hibiscus flowers from the jar.
- 12. Distribute the hibiscus flowers onto two tall sparkling wine glasses.
- 13. Add one teaspoon of syrup to each glass.
- 14. Fill the two sparkling wine glasses with the physalis puree with sparkling wine.
- 15. Open the husks of the remaining physalis berries slightly.
- 16. Decorate each glass with one physalis berry.
- 17. Decorate each glass with one sprig of mint.
- 18. Fill the glasses with the hibiscus flowers also with ice-cold sparkling wine.
- 19. Serve the cocktails immediately.
