🍽️ Fruity Yogurt Cold Soup

Ingredients
- 4 Peaches
- 400 g Yogurt
- 1 Orange (Juice)
- 3 tbsp Honey (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Almond Syrup
- 2 tbsp Sliced Almonds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
- 2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 3. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
- 4. Puree the peach pieces until smooth.
- 5. Press the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps.
- 6. Place the smooth peach puree into a bowl.
- 7. Add the yogurt.
- 8. Pour in the orange juice.
- 9. Add the honey.
- 10. Add the almond syrup.
- 11. Stir all ingredients well together.
- 12. Add cold water (approx. 150 ml) to reach the desired consistency.
- 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- 14. Toast the almonds in a hot pan until golden brown.
- 15. Let the toasted almonds cool down completely.
- 16. Pour the cold soup into cups.
- 17. Sprinkle the soup with the cooled almonds.
- 18. Serve the cold soup immediately.
