  1. 1. Wash the peaches thoroughly.
  2. 2. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
  3. 3. Cut the fruit flesh into small pieces.
  4. 4. Puree the peach pieces until smooth.
  5. 5. Press the puree through a fine mesh sieve to remove any lumps.
  6. 6. Place the smooth peach puree into a bowl.
  7. 7. Add the yogurt.
  8. 8. Pour in the orange juice.
  9. 9. Add the honey.
  10. 10. Add the almond syrup.
  11. 11. Stir all ingredients well together.
  12. 12. Add cold water (approx. 150 ml) to reach the desired consistency.
  13. 13. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  14. 14. Toast the almonds in a hot pan until golden brown.
  15. 15. Let the toasted almonds cool down completely.
  16. 16. Pour the cold soup into cups.
  17. 17. Sprinkle the soup with the cooled almonds.
  18. 18. Serve the cold soup immediately.
