  5. 5. Crush the cornflakes coarsely with a rolling pin.
  6. 6. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Coat the meat pieces in flour first.
  8. 8. Then dip them into beaten egg.
  9. 9. Finally roll them in the cornflake crumbs.
