🍽️ Fruity Leaf Salad with Gorgonzola Dressing

Ingredients
- 100 g Gorgonzola cream cheese
- 200 g Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 1 head Radicchio
- 1 Head lettuce
- 4 Peaches
- 40 g Alfalfa sprouts
- 3 tbsp Chive rings
Instructions
- 1. Put the Gorgonzola, yogurt, and lemon juice into a blender.
- 2. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 3. Season the sauce with a little salt and pepper.
- 4. Taste the sauce and adjust the seasoning if needed.
- 5. Stir the chive rolls into the finished sauce.
- 6. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly.
- 7. Dry the leaves using a salad spinner or a kitchen towel.
- 8. Tear the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- 9. Wash the peaches under running water.
- 10. Halve the peaches and remove the pits.
- 11. Cut the fruit flesh into thin slices.
- 12. Wash the sprouts as well.
- 13. Let the sprouts drain well.
- 14. Arrange the salad ingredients on small bowls.
- 15. Drizzle the Gorgonzola sauce over the salad.
