  3. 3. Measure out 100 ml of orange juice.
  4. 4. Peel the pineapple.
  5. 5. Dice the pineapple flesh into small pieces.
  6. 6. Dice the bacon finely.
  7. 7. Peel the onions.
  8. 8. Chop the onions finely.
  9. 9. Heat the oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Add the bacon to the pan.
  11. 11. Fry the bacon until crispy over medium heat.
  12. 12. Add the onions.
  13. 13. Fry the onions for 1 minute while stirring.
  14. 14. Pour off the fat from the pan.
  15. 15. Leave about 1/2 teaspoon of fat in the pan.
  16. 16. Add the pineapple to the pan.
  17. 17. Add the ketchup to the pan.
  18. 18. Add the maple syrup to the pan.
  19. 19. Add the orange juice to the pan.
  20. 20. Add the Worcestershire sauce to the pan.
  21. 21. Add the chili peppers to the pan.
  22. 22. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  23. 23. Simmer the sauce for 4-5 minutes over medium heat.
  24. 24. Place a sieve over a bowl.
  25. 25. Pour the sauce through the sieve.
  26. 26. Press the sauce through the sieve with a ladle.
  27. 27. Let the sauce cool down.
  28. 28. Serve the sauce.
