Ingredients
- 1 large can mixed fruits (fruit cocktail, 720 g, without sugar)
- 150 ml cherry juice
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 sheets gelatin
Instructions
- 1. Soak the gelatin in cold water for 10 minutes.
- 2. Heat the cherry juice without boiling it. Stir in the gelatin until it has completely dissolved.
- 3. Place the canned fruit in a bowl and add the lemon juice. Pour in the cherry juice with the dissolved gelatin and mix everything well.
- 4. Spoon the mixture into small molds, glasses, or bowls. Make sure to distribute the fruit evenly among all portions.
- 5. Place the molds in the refrigerator and let the jelly set for 4 to 6 hours.
