🥤 Colorful Smoothie with Mango, Pepper, and Turmeric

Ingredients
- 150 g mango flesh
- 150 g papaya flesh
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 organic orange
- 1 organic lime
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 300 ml oat drink (oat milk)
- 100 g blueberries
- 100 g raspberries
Instructions
- 1. Cut the flesh of the mango and the papaya into small cubes.
- 2. Remove the stem and seeds from the bell pepper.
- 3. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.
- 4. Cut the cleaned bell pepper into small pieces.
- 5. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the lime.
- 7. Put the mango cubes, the papaya cubes, and the pepper pieces into the blender.
- 8. Pour the orange juice and the lime juice into the blender.
- 9. Add the turmeric powder to the blender.
- 10. Add the flaxseed oil to the blender.
- 11. Pour the oat drink into the blender.
- 12. Blend all ingredients in the stand blender until a smooth mixture forms.
- 13. Wash the berries thoroughly.
- 14. Put the washed berries into the drinking glasses.
- 15. Pour the finished smoothie over the berries in the glasses.
- 16. Serve the smoothie immediately.
