🥤 Fruit Bran Smoothie

Ingredients
- 0.5 small pineapple
- 1 banana
- 1 small apple
- 2 tbsp wheat bran
- 2 tbsp cane sugar
- Milk (200 ml each)
- Whipping cream (200 ml each)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the pineapple thoroughly, cut out the core, and chop the flesh into small cubes. Peel the apple, cut it into quarters, remove the core, and chop the pieces into small bits as well.
- 2. Peel the banana and slice it. Put all the fruit into a blender, add wheat bran and cane sugar, and blend everything with milk and cream until smooth.
- 3. Take the finished mixture and fill it
