🍽️ Fruit and Cheese Crostini

Ingredients
- 1 Baguette
- 4 Bananas
- 400 g Mozzarella
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 250 g green grapes
Instructions
- 1. Slice the baguette into rounds about 1 cm thick and arrange them side by side on a baking sheet.
- 2. Peel the bananas and slice them. Drain the mozzarella and slice it into thin rounds as well.
- 3. Top each baguette slice with one banana slice and one mozzarella slice. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the crostini in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- 4. In the meantime, wash the grapes and remove the stems.
- 5. To serve, skewer one grape onto each finished crostini using a small wooden pick.
