  1. 1. Slice the baguette into rounds about 1 cm thick and arrange them side by side on a baking sheet.
  2. 2. Peel the bananas and slice them. Drain the mozzarella and slice it into thin rounds as well.
  3. 3. Top each baguette slice with one banana slice and one mozzarella slice. Season with salt and pepper. Bake the crostini in the preheated oven at 200 degrees (conventional or fan-assisted, middle rack) for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
  4. 4. In the meantime, wash the grapes and remove the stems.
  5. 5. To serve, skewer one grape onto each finished crostini using a small wooden pick.
