🥤 Icy Fruit Mix with Orange, Pineapple & Co.

Ingredients
- 50 g raspberries
- 2 oranges
- 1 banana
- 40 ml coconut liqueur
- 3 tbsp unsalted peanuts
- 4 ice cubes (crushed)
- 2 baby pineapples
- 2 mangoes
- 1 papaya
- 1 banana
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- 40 ml dark rum
- 300 ml orange juice
- cinnamon
- 2 tbsp sour cream
Instructions
- 1. Peel the oranges thoroughly with a knife and remove the white pith.
- 2. Cut out the orange segments and catch the juice that escapes.
- 3. Squeeze the orange peels to extract the remaining juice.
- 4. Peel the banana and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
- 5. Wash the raspberries, remove any stems, and pat them dry.
- 6. Put the fruit, ice, liqueur, and peanuts into a blender.
- 7. Blend the mixture thoroughly.
- 8. If necessary, add some orange juice to adjust the consistency.
- 9. Peel the pineapple and cut it lengthwise into quarters.
- 10. Remove the hard central core from the pineapple.
- 11. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
- 12. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 13. Peel the papaya and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 14. Remove the seeds from the papaya.
- 15. Cut the papaya into small pieces.
- 16. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
- 17. Arrange all the fruit pieces in a shallow metal dish.
- 18. Place the dish in the freezer and freeze the fruit for approx. 30 minutes.
- 19. Put the frozen fruit, sugar, rum, cinnamon, crème fraîche, and orange juice into the blender.
- 20. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
- 21. If desired, add ice-cold water to thin the consistency.
- 22. First, fill the glasses with the raspberry cocktail.
- 23. Carefully pour the pineapple cocktail on top.
- 24. Garnish the cocktail to taste with fresh raspberries and small pineapple cubes.
