  1. 1. Peel the oranges thoroughly with a knife and remove the white pith.
  2. 2. Cut out the orange segments and catch the juice that escapes.
  3. 3. Squeeze the orange peels to extract the remaining juice.
  4. 4. Peel the banana and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
  5. 5. Wash the raspberries, remove any stems, and pat them dry.
  6. 6. Put the fruit, ice, liqueur, and peanuts into a blender.
  7. 7. Blend the mixture thoroughly.
  8. 8. If necessary, add some orange juice to adjust the consistency.
  9. 9. Peel the pineapple and cut it lengthwise into quarters.
  10. 10. Remove the hard central core from the pineapple.
  11. 11. Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
  12. 12. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit.
  13. 13. Peel the papaya and cut it in half lengthwise.
  14. 14. Remove the seeds from the papaya.
  15. 15. Cut the papaya into small pieces.
  16. 16. Peel the banana and cut it into small pieces.
  17. 17. Arrange all the fruit pieces in a shallow metal dish.
  18. 18. Place the dish in the freezer and freeze the fruit for approx. 30 minutes.
  19. 19. Put the frozen fruit, sugar, rum, cinnamon, crème fraîche, and orange juice into the blender.
  20. 20. Blend the ingredients thoroughly until smooth.
  21. 21. If desired, add ice-cold water to thin the consistency.
  22. 22. First, fill the glasses with the raspberry cocktail.
  23. 23. Carefully pour the pineapple cocktail on top.
  24. 24. Garnish the cocktail to taste with fresh raspberries and small pineapple cubes.
