🍰 Small Bread Snacks with Fruit

Ingredients
- 2 slices Graham bread (thick)
- 2 tbsp quark
- 3 tbsp apricot jam
- 6 strawberries
- 2 apricots
Instructions
- 1. Spread the bread slices evenly with the quark. Cut each piece into 6 equal-sized cubes. Place a small dollop of jam on each cube.
- 2. Wash the fruits and remove any stems or pits. Cut the apricots into wedges after removing the pits. Halve the remaining fruits. Skewer the fruits onto 12 small skewers and then insert these skewers into the bread pieces.
