  1. 1. Mix the yogurt with 50 grams of honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture.
  2. 2. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes until creamy. Alternatively, pour it into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Let the ice cream thaw slightly before serving. Fill a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe the ice cream into 6 cups or glasses. Drizzle with the remaining honey and sprinkle with muesli, goji berries, and chia seeds.
