🍰 Frozen Yogurt with Chia Seeds and Goji Berries

Ingredients
- 500 g yogurt (3.5 % fat)
- 70 g acacia honey
- 0.5 organic lemon (zest and juice)
- 150 g whipping cream
- 45 g basic muesli (3 tbsp)
- 20 g goji berries (2 tbsp)
- 12 g chia seeds (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the yogurt with 50 grams of honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it into the yogurt mixture.
- 2. Churn the mixture in an ice cream maker for about 30 minutes until creamy. Alternatively, pour it into a shallow dish and freeze for at least 4 hours, stirring vigorously every 30 minutes.
- 3. Let the ice cream thaw slightly before serving. Fill a piping bag with a large star nozzle and pipe the ice cream into 6 cups or glasses. Drizzle with the remaining honey and sprinkle with muesli, goji berries, and chia seeds.
