  4. 4. Season the meat pieces with curry, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5. Coat the seasoned pieces in flour until lightly covered.
  6. 6. Whisk the eggs well in a deep plate.
  7. 7. Fill the coconut flakes into a separate deep plate.
  8. 8. Dip the floured chicken pieces into the beaten eggs.
  9. 9. Coat the egg-covered pieces in the coconut flakes.
  10. 10. Heat oil in a pan or pot.
  11. 11. Fry the chicken portions in batches in the hot oil.
  12. 12. Fry each piece for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
