  1. 1. Heat the frying oil in the deep fryer or in a large pot to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2. Check the oil temperature by holding the end of a wooden stick into the oil.
  3. 3. Wait until small bubbles rise from the wooden stick, then the oil is ready.
  4. 4. Rinse the fish thoroughly.
  5. 5. Pat the fish completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  6. 6. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Roll the fish briefly in flour.
  8. 8. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  9. 9. Mix the remaining flour with the nuts on a plate.
  10. 10. Dip the floured fish first into the whisked eggs.
  11. 11. Then roll the fish in the nut-flour mixture.
  12. 12. Fry the fish in batches in the hot oil.
  13. 13. Fry them for about 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Remove the fish from the oil when they are golden brown.
  15. 15. Keep the finished fish warm in the preheated oven.
  16. 16. Arrange the fried fish on mango or orange fillets.
