  6. 6. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl.
  7. 7. Add the grated pumpkin and the eggs.
  8. 8. Mix the ingredients until you have a crumbly dough.
  9. 9. Sift powdered sugar over the mixture.
  10. 10. Add the oil and the lemon zest.
  11. 11. Mix everything for 3 to 4 minutes until you have a thick dough.

  13. 13. Check the temperature by holding a wooden stick in the oil.
